It’s Friday, Ambitious Fam. This week has been a lot. Today has been a lot. But the weekend…the weekend is looking like it will solve all my problems. Ya know what I mean? I don’t even have much on the agenda, just excited to vibe out.
Here are five things that gave me all the feels this week:
NEW WEBSITE AND HOLIDAY LAUNCH
Ambitiously You Updates: Holiday products have launched and you can now shop on the BRAND NEW WEBSITE! I will still maintain the Etsy store, but I am really excited about this step for the brand. The holiday collection includes mugs, sweatshirts, long-sleeved tees, AND tote bags. I also have an additional surprise item that will be coming to the site soon. Check out the new products (and website) on shopambitiouslyyou.com!
Spider-Man No Way Home Trailer
We finally have a trailer for the new MCU Spider-Man movie and OMG ITS GOING TO BE SO GOOD! I was freaking out the entire time that I watched it. Let’s just say if you have watched other Spider-Man movies, you will definitely understand why this movie will be EPIC. Check out the new trailer here!
Saying Goodbye to Pumpkin Spice Season
Alright, to be super dramatic, my mourning process for fall and pumpkin spice season has begun. I have been watching the last of the leaves outside of my windows drop from the trees. I have accepted that it’s probably a good idea to grab a coat before I walk out of my front door. I’ve even started to get over the fact that it is so dark outside by 5 pm. The only thing left to do is to enjoy the remainder of my pumpkin treats this week before finally launching myself into Christmas mode. It’s going to be the sweetest goodbye.
Trader Joe’s Oat Nog
While pumpkin spice season will be hard to say goodbye to, it’s almost time for one of my winter faves–eggnog! While shopping at Trader Joe’s this week, I noticed that they have a new oat ‘nog and I grabbed it up with a quickness. Don’t get me wrong, I will definitely be indulging in the dairy versions this year, but I’m very curious to see how an oatmilk variety will taste. At the very least, I figure that it will be yummy in upcoming latte recipes!
Black Christmas Cheer
Though I try not to purchase too much wrapping paper or gift bags during the holiday season (I try to reuse as much as possible), I have been pleasantly surprised by the representation this year. Target currently has a collection of gift wrap and bags that features the work of Black-women artists that depict Black Christmas cheer. In addition, Creative Pounds has released some cute gift wrap, ornament, and greeting card options. I also have to shout out the gorgeous Christmas greeting cards and gift tags that were created by Kadeja of Kligg Co! It warms my heart to see these options more readily available as the years go on.
Have a great weekend! Love following your content!
Thank you so much!! Happy 2022!
